Lots on the go at the moment. The yarn I ordered for a knitting project (details of which must remain secret, not just because it will probably be too embarrassingly awful to share but also because it is to be a Christmas present) arrived today, and it’s so lovely. It is Blue Sky Bulky, a 50/50 blend of alpaca and wool, from Mrs. Moon. I just want to sit and squash it.
But squashing, and certainly knitting, will have to wait as I have my last fabric advent calendar to finish off and post. I’ve had a few enquiries but only one left to sell, and sold it now is. If anyone would like one, I am taking names for next year! Here is the workshop last night, fuelled by chocolate puddings:
I love the Folklore fabric, and have a teeny strip of it left for quilts.
Also in the Cold Comfort Crafts pipeline is, of course, the swallow quilt. The teeny tiny recipient is still cosily in utero as I write, but not for much longer. Nothing like a bit of pressure to hasten things along.
I’m using this gorgeous Liberty fabric (from my grandma’s stash) for the back. It’s just a pleasure to look at.
This is all that’s left!

Last pic so sweet!Love the colour of the wool..great choice.x
